End time is approximate
Chris Boardman has been in the news recently arguing against white lines on roads for cycle lanes. The links are on the News page.
The AGM will be on the 6th November and we will elect a Committee for the next year. I would like to stand down as ‘webmaster’ and would be happy to discuss what is involved with anyone thinking of taking it over (it could do with a refresh and perhaps move from the current website content design). I will reluctantly continue - but only for one more year. I will not continue after November 2020! - Tim
If you write a Ride Report please mention “Lancaster and South Lakes Cycle Touring Club” at the beginning and end with “Anyone who is interested in joining us can find information about our regular club rides on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays on our website: www.ctclancaster.org.uk.” Send a copy to Tim Dant who will put it on the webpage, and to Frank Feinberg who will send it to the Lancaster Guardian. Anyone can post their ride reports and photos on the Group Facebook page - once they’ve joined it.
Anyone fancying a slower, shorter ride on alternate Sunday's might like to join Simeon Orme's group at Where's the Brew Stop.
